Within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, email us for a full refund — no questions asked, regardless of usage.

Forgot to cancel and got renewed? Contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full as well.

Email jinyuemei30@gmail.com (just include your sign-in email), or use the link in your Polar receipt email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Canceling in the management page only stops future charges — you keep access through the period you've paid for. Whether you cancel or get a refund, your journal, check-ins, and treasured items remain fully intact; you simply return to the free tier.
